Department of Education and Youth - Education Partners Survey
The Secretary General of the Department of Education and Youth, Bernie McNally adds:
"I would like to thank you for your on-going engagement with our three-year customer service research programme. The feedback we have received to date has been extremely valuable and is informing improvements. Strengthening our customer service is a priority for me and my leadership team. In the second year of this research, it is important that we continue to hear directly from the organisations we work with every day.”
The 7-minute survey is open until Wednesday 15 April 2026 and is available in Irish and English. We would appreciate it if you would share this survey link with staff in your organisation and have attached a QR code poster for display in staff areas.
The department has contracted W5 Marketing Intelligence Ltd to conduct customer research over the three-year period 2024-2026. This survey is independent and confidential, and W5 will analyse responses.
